Lisette provided fantastic bridal hair and makeup services, being responsive to requests and demonstrating expertise. The salon is very chic and comfy, and the customer service from the desk was top-notch. Lisette is incredibly experienced and also very stylish—she knew exactly what to do with the client's hair and talked them through it. Mallory was communicative throughout the process, and the price transparency was very appreciated. Mallory is crazy talented and cancelled out leftover blue/green after removing the color better than thought possible, and achieved an amazing final result without bleach and with the integrity of the very fine hair in tact. Mallory fixed crazy layers that were not blending in with the rest of the hair, and only needed a trim for the hair to feel healthy and smooth again. Jess is bubbly, fun, and somehow knows exactly what you want and what you need. Jess is the best for a lived-in blonde, and it lasts for months.
