I'm hooked. The motivation, position corrections are key to ensuring results and prevent injury. Seems intimidating at first but trust me, you will get the hang of it. I try to go 2-3 times a weeks for both my mental and physical wellbeing. Experiencing the transformation (confirmed by my spouse and peers) in your body is truly lifechanging.
I went from years of a sedentary lifestyle, working out less than 1xmonth, to taking over 50 solidcore classes, majority of which were at the Boystown location. You get what is advertised; a high-intensity, low impact workout. The classes are challenging, but doable with a range of options for beginners and advanced clients. The coaches are knowledgeable; even in full classes, coaches correct and pay close attention to form. Did a first starter 50 class with Coach Gabe absolutely love! He was so fun and helpful while also encouraging and explained functions well for a beginner. Love this location will be back, music was great as well!
