This review is of the stylist, not the salon.

That being said, I came from out of state to get starter locs from Jessica BrownHerron. Prior to meeting I asked her if I needed to do anything to my hair. She said just make sure no style is in it. Cool, so I take my braids out a day before the appt.
She texted me around 9:44 to say she would be 10 min late. My appt was at 10. Nbd, except it turned into 20, which, I wasn’t trippin about cause I really wanted my hair done.
Once she gets there she immediately wets my hair and shampoos it. Because she didn’t detangle my hair first, it matted up while she shampooed it. No conditioner but I think that’s how...read full review
