From the moment Mike Wawiorko arrived for the estimate -- very professional, took his time explaining the work that needed to be done, and walking around the property to point out things that needed to be corrected to the team that worked on our home -- wow. We even had two neighbors who work in building trades who commented on the quality of the work they were doing. Now that the job is complete, neighbors stop and comment on how great the roof looks and have said when they need a new roof, they'll be calling Smart Roofers because of the quality work they saw performed.
