My experience with Smart Roofing was exceptional and surpassed expectations. It was a challenging residential project during the autumn of 2025, involving their roofing, carpentry, and gutter installation teams. Karol performed the initial inspection, made great recommendations, and the ongoing good communication with him never wavered. The project estimates and contract language were concise and easily understood. The time of year and the weather gave us plenty of challenges, but Smart Roofing readily adapted with various scheduling options along the way and in the end, completed all the necessary work in stellar fashion before the work season came to an end with the year's first major snowfall. It was impressive. The work quality has proven to be excellent in all areas - roofing, carpentry and gutters. The project involved a tear-off, installing the new shingles and plenty of new decking, repairing joists, siding, soffits & fascia, as well as replacing gutters on the house and adding new gutters to the garage. All the teams provided professional workmanship. Post project cleanup was also thorough with no issues at all. After completion I received all the standard documentation and warranty information.
