I have been here before for a mani/pedi & the service was fine. Today, I felt the nail techs were money hungry. The lady suggested no chip. I didn't want no chip. They pretended not to understand and gave me no chip anyway. I will not go back there & won't recommend them to anybody else.

The owner was very rude I asked her to turn on my water a little hot, she said I'm busy. I said can I have the nail strip choices she said " move somebidy else do you..I asked for my money back I Zelle to them. She then gets nice. Long story short don't go there too.many places to treat you right when you're paying. Also they quoted me 3 diff amount for a regular pedicure. Never worry about me returning, and don't say I didn't warn you. It's plenty nails shops on Southside...

The wait time is ridiculous for eyebrows. Frequently an hour or two wait. I'll stop going for a few months and go back again and this is exact same thing. If you only have two people who can do eyebrows it would make way more sense you have six people waiting for eyebrows to stop and have the two people get them out rather than having them wait while the technician finishes q a full set. This is the last time I'm going there, this is past three strikes you're out is at like six strikes you're out now.
