When attending the Bronzeville branch of Serenity it was a very welcoming and informative orientation session. This overall experience was a pleasure to have attended. All the information that was provided was to ensure quality care and services that are expected to be rendered to the client. The staff ensured that proper preparation in the field was the primary focus so that the clients would know that their privacy, safety and care are top priority. She explained everything very clear to where we all could understand. She made it clear that ,Working for Serenity is like caring for your own . The are to treat every client with dignity and respect and lots of love !!!!
The onboarding coordinator made the training very clear and easy I’ve learned so many new things that I thought I knew but obviously wasn’t clear of like for an example not giving clients medication etc
