Delayed Review on my part. Excellent support on Elizabeth's part. I have been in the store a few times and returned as I found the staff especially knowledgeable and "consultative" while not "dissing' condition of skin, etc. Elizabeth expertly walked me through concealer options for my aging (wrinkled) face and first started with a skin and color analysis. I so appreciated it all.

This one of my favorite Sephoras in Chicago. The stock I need is always there, Maci is always there & supportiveJackie’ is always so helpful & transparent. (She throws shade but in a good way LOL). I always recycle at the this location and will be returning again & Again. Also, this location does not sell Pat McGrath

My girlfriend injured her knee here, and the staff was so kind and helpful. We were helped by a few people, I can’t remember some of their names but one was Bree, and especially a woman named Claudia. We appreciated their understanding and them not trying to rush us out of the store.
