When coming in to get some gifts for my sister, I had no clue where to begin. Megan, was an absolute charm! She was amazing and educated. Any questions I had she always had a great recommendation with perfect knowledge of all the products in the store and knew where everything was immediately. She provided top notch customer service and because of her I would only shop at this Sephora, because she knows her stuff and I know I can trust her insight on anything Sephora has to offer. This is hands-down the best Sephora experience we've ever had!
The Southport Avenue location is beautiful, organized, and fun to shop. My husband and I stopped in to explore men's fragrances, which can be a little overwhelming with so many choices. He usually isn't a fan of fragrance shopping because it often feels pushy or intimidating but definitely not here.
Mannie was outstanding! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome. He guided us to the fragrance section, explained the different scents in an approachable way, shared thoughtful recommendations based on his knowledge and experience, and never once made us feel pressured to buy anything.
