Great studio; excellent instructors. Teaching the complete Tracy System of Kenpo, as do the other Self Defense Studios in Chicagoland. Study with the best!

I would say that Master Tim is the best one on one instructor you could find. He connects to students young and old, male and female, physically challenged or physically fit. I am glad I chose Self Defense Center instead of that other school in Lincoln Square.
