My nephew was visiting me during his recent holiday break and wanted to work out. My wonderful neighbor connected me to Dennis (owner of CrossFit Severance). Dennis was super helpful and accommodating for the few weeks that my nephew was in town. I am not a member but I would definitely join if I didn't already have a membership elsewhere. I observed the classes and they look high energy and incredibly motivating. Go check them out!

RX Fitness-Cross Fit Severance is a great place to work out. Dennis, the owner, and all the coaches are knowledgeable, welcoming and offer modifications according to the fitness levels of the members.There are several training rooms, which allow for RX Fitness group classes, Cross Fit and personal or solo training to happen simultaneously.They have changing rooms and showers.I highly recommend this gym to accomplish your fitness goals.

The coaches at RXFitness are all about helping us progress and reach new PRs while fostering an amazing community I recently came back to RXFitness after experiencing a huge loss in my life. The coaches -- especially Dennis -- were so kind and motivating, that I started feeling like myself again.
