I’ve been going for several years and always received the best service even with the switch from Ossip to Rosin. However, my last visit so not so great. Everything was going well until it came to selecting my new glasses. The representative was rude and not helpful. Specifically, she stated I should write what she was saying down because she didn’t want to repeat. She seemed so rushed when it was only me and my daughter in the office. I’ve never had someone so rude when making a sale. Unfortunately, it may be time to find a new place that respects my dollar.
I have been going to Rosens Midway for a few years and have always been satisfied, unfortunately it is getting more difficult to get to a human. I tried scheduling an appointment online but it wasn't working. Calling is a challenge also. Most of the time they're not available.
I really like the staff and the doctors. I think they do a very thorough exam and I haven't had any problems with my prescriptions.
My last visit I was told I was in need of cataract surgery possibly in both eyes. They recommended a doctor in Downers Grove and I made an appointment. Two days before my appointment I received a call from the doctors office telling me they don't accept my insurance...read full review
Dawn was amazing and hospitable to me when I was having a contact lense emergency. I didn't have an appointment but she was kind and willing to work with me to solve my problem. Thank you for your help!!
