I had a flat tire and I called Rick. He was there in
about 1 hour. He removed the nail that caused the problem, expertly repaired the tire, and reinstalled it on the car. He also checked the spare tire and filled it up with air ( no charge). He was very personable. I highly recommend!
I called multiple different roadside assistance places. Some didn’t even pick up. The ones that did give me a reasonable price but the ETA is what I didn’t like. I called Rick and he quoted me with a great price and told me he could be there in 15 minutes. He was there in less than 15 minutes. He helped jump my car in like a minute. He gave me some advice on some possible problems with my battery and what I could do about it that day. 10/10 if I ever need roadside assistance again I will definitely be calling Rick.
Rick’s roadside assistance came to help me jump my car in Lincoln Park and I’m very thankful for his quick service! He met me within about 30 mins of calling him very early in the morning and didn’t give up even though my battery seemed completely dead. He saved me from having to get it towed so I could drive it straight to the car shop. Thank you again to Rick’s service!
