We got a flat tire on LakeShore Drive at night. We used Rick’s after calling around; they came so fast (30 mins! Other places quoted us 3 hours!) and Rick’s service was so good! The guy really went above and beyond, and we will definitely be using them in the future! Cannot recommend them enough.
Rick is so incredibly kind and has a fantastic service. I needed a tire plugged and Rick was able to get to me very fast and did a wonderful job. He took the time to explain to me how everything works and what to be aware of in the future. I will definitely be saving his number!
It was the vortex but he came out, & quickly, at 9pm to jump start my car! Gave me good advice for that night and next morning to help save my battery, and even my key fob situation!. Although $125 for a jump start..hurt..def understand surcharge given situation!(like Uber would do). next day I noticed my payment was accidentally sent twice, I appreciate his honesty and lightning fast reimbursement. highly recommend next time you're in a jam.
