When my wife passed on Mar 24, 2018 we chose Richards to handle the funeral, because it was local. Because of the Easter Holiday approaching, we had to delay the burial for over a week. I can't thank Richards enough for making this time so much easier. They went out of their way, every time, every way needed to help us. They made me feel like we were the only ones they were handling, that we were the only ones who mattered. I was, and still am, amazed at how caring they were. When we decided to move my daughter from St. Marys to the same plot that we buried my wife in, they not only helped, they took the lead and made it so much easier. But the one thing that keeps standing out to me, is that they do this all the time, every day, over and over. They have the gift of making people, who are going thru the most difficult time in their lives, that they are the only ones that matter, that Richards cares personally about you and that they will be there to help, regardless of how long or complicated it gets. I can't thank those at Richards funeral Home enough for making this most difficult time a little easier. Thank You all.
This was a hard time for our family but they knew how to take care of everything very professional they were very caring to my family thanks again .
