Revenge Salon Suites - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Booked my appointment on September 29th for Saturday October 2nd (I actually booked this date by mistake). ON HER SITE 1 RESCHEDULE IS ACCEPTABLE IT NEVER MENTIONED A PENALTY OF ANY KIND.. Now on Friday October 1st once I realized I booked the wrong day I messaged her ON FRIDAY to see if I can reschedule she accepted my date to reschedule which was Thursday Oct 14th now this day comes and I have completely switched my day around(again my fault had to reschedule). I communicated with her a week before the confirmed rescheduled appointment she didn’t respond to me til I contacted her again through IG I sent a message again due to no response just confirming our RESCHEDULED appointment. Now she says 2days before the appointment that she updated my rescheduled appointment already so I’m thinking cool. Day of appointment I make it to her shop she’s not there people in the building saying she hasn’t been in and she’s not coming in. I messaged her she messaged back 10-15min later saying she had to go to the emergency room NOW I get things happen but I drove(and I mentioned this) over an hour for this appointment and I felt I deserved my deposit bk she stated no .. The crazy thing to is and Laquay messaged this to me on IG that she’s been doing hair at home due to an illness(I understood that) however the confirmation I was sent had her shop address so she never planed on doing my hair and never contacted me to reschedule or anything. Laquay work is GREAT and she’s done my hair before she was sweet this experience has not only cost me money but time and other important things I had planned but because she wasn’t feeling well(which I understood) I as the client had to take an L. However AFTER I contacted her through IG she stated she was trying to work with me but how? No communication was given NO service was performed she mentioned she could still do my hair but she wasn’t feeling well and if you’re not feeling well I don’t want to have you working and you’re not ok. This was an interesting experience.

I booked an appointment with Tierra Marci . She was unprofessional. She told me to bring my lace a day before my appointment which I did . When I showed up she was no where to be found . I called and texted her multiple times and didn’t get a response. I also knocked on her suite , again no response. So I finally left . My last texted I told her I have some where to be at a certain time so I have to leave I can’t wait no longer . She finally respond and told me she was there after I waited all that time . She decided to cancel my appointment because she failed to respond when I was there . She gave me a hard time and wasted my time . As a stylist she is disrespectful, inconsiderate, unprofessional and has a nasty attitude . No shade towards Chatham Suites. I would personally leave Tierra Marci a review on her site but she doesn’t have a review section. Hmm I wonder why
