I enjoyed working with Dr.Nayak and her nurses. They were super responsive to my questions. The ultrasound tech was also great.My only complaint is with the billing team. They do not respond. I’ve prepaid for something insurance has covered and paid. I’ve been discharged so no further services will be rendered. I’ve followed up for more than a month and it’s been crickets. These services are expensive so it’s a good bit of money for them to hold on to that I’m having to chase back, which unfortunately puts a damper on the positive experience with the medical staff.
Wish I could give 10 stars. Dr Nayak and her team are amazing, I worked with her for over a year after having a really negative experience at IHR (they treated patients like a chicken farm and I never met my doctor over there). Finding Dr Nayak at RMI was night and day difference. She took the time to understand my history and made recommendations that helped us understand a path for treatment. Her team were all compassionate even if I wasn’t able to have Dr Nayak at every appointment it regardless I was always able to book a follow up with her for a consult within a week to 2 weeks. I’ve been going here for a little over a year and I don’t get why they don’t have 5 stars. Everybody who works here and at the Oak Brook office are insanely nice and pleasant. I’ve had 2 retrievals and 2 transfers and while my body has different plans in mind, everybody at RMI has made it such a great experience. Billing is on point. They’re very flexible with appointments. Communication is clear, concise and helpful. All the doctors are incredible. My main doctor is Dr T. She’s very serious about what she does.
