I had my first every experience at Renee Day Spa and let me say: It. Was. AWESOME. I had a pedicure and a deep tissue massage, each performed by a different woman there (the pedicure was performed by none other than the beautiful, sweet and kind owner herself!). Interaction with both women felt equally familiar AND professional-- the perfect balance. I felt comfortable and I'm very happy with the results of my visit. I don't live in Chicago, but I come for work from time to time. I will definitely visit this spa again. THE place to go for optimal recovery for sports people!
So glad we came across Renee and her team. We were looking for Hyrox post event recovery and Masters track athlete caliber service and we found it ! April was fantastic!! -
I had a Swedish massage. Found and released knots I didn’t know I had in my calves. Renee’s team are so knowledgeable friendly and nice. I left with not only a relaxed body but a whole list of tips to get stronger!

We rolled in straight from Eataly like a trio of over-sugared, under-rested middle-aged women with zero appointments and even less hope—but Renee Day Spa took us in like the broken little stress-goblins we were. No judgment, no side-eye, just kindness, calm vibes, and the quiet understanding that we desperately needed help (and possibly an exorcism for our shoulder tension).
They somehow managed to squeeze all three of us in, two at a time, while the third got to take a blissful little spa nap. Honestly, I would’ve paid just for the nap.
