They remodeled our kitchen and bathroom from top to bottom, replaced the windows and exterior doors, and rebuilt the back stairs — every part of the work was done with incredible care and craftsmanship.

The best ever! I get soooo many compliments on my home. Whatever you want done, they makes it happen. Even if you change your mind, they make your new ideas happen. Lol they were very professional and always on time. The GC makes sure everything is up to your standards. Also, they move really fast. They make sure to get you back into your place within a decent and realistic time frame. I 10/10 highly recommend.

We had an outstanding experience with Joe and his team from Remodeling Chicago. Our project entailed replacing the siding, windows, and flat roof at the back of our house, in addition to fully rebuilding our back deck. Joe completed the entire project in a timely manner, despite less than favorable weather, and delivered quality results that passed both a private home inspection and the official city inspection with minimal conditions (which Joe promptly corrected). The project also entailed a couple of change orders, which Joe seamlessly integrated into the ongoing work without pushing the total cost too much higher than the original estimate.
