Sal has treated me kindly over the decade since I returned to Chicago land area. simple and clean, as long as you don't come in every 3 months like I do with a mop on your head! Come get a quick cut with scissor and/or razor work and enjoy some Jeopardy!

What a shop! The vibes are straight out of ‘A Bronx Tale.”The aesthetic is very 1960’s, and with the shop facing west the sun hits the inside and just reveals an aura of stories, comradery, and authentic community.As for Sal, the barber, he might be the nicest man I’ve met in this whole city. He’s the real deal and cuts precisely how you ask. He gives great advice on life and you know he commands respect without even saying it.I’m glad I had the opportunity to visit while I did.Strongly recommend Razor’s Edge!

Sal has been in business for a long time, and has catered to people in my family for years. My uncle, father, and myself and others have gone to him for years and have never left disappointed. He is sure to give you the cut you ask for, and the prices are very reasonable! He is also a great individual, who never fails to spark great conversation! Small Barbershops are a staple of history, and I hope this one continues on for future generations!
