I have been with Ralph's Heating about 5 years for my property and overall about 40 years on properties that I work in used for our vendor we haven't had nothing bad to say at all .give them a try and all the employees Respectful
Response to our service call was quick and reliable. The technician was polite and worked efficiently. The service contract is fully honored. Our situation was taken care of to our complete satisfaction.
Indirectly saved me 10k!
My AC went out over the weekend, and a company I’d used before told me the compressor was dead and I'd need to replace the entire unit (only 5 years old) for $10k. I started calling around to get a second opinion, and although Ralph’s doesn’t service my part of the city, they took the time to recommend a couple of trusted companies closer to me. One of them came out, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it with a $90 part. Ralph’s didn’t make a dime from me, but they were willing to help and clearly know quality/honest work. I'm so thankful for the quick phone call and I think it speaks volumes about their own business.
