Pump N Play Chicago

The service was reasonably priced. They were friendly and accommodating. They provided answers as needed. They also delivered to our picnic site which was difficult to do because of the event size and location. I will hire them again.

Omg Pump N Play Chicago is awesome I am a grandmother and I was trying to figure it out. The young lady that I spoke with went through every intricate detail with me The price was so reasonable I was sure something was not going to be up to my standards they exceeded my expectations. The customer service was extremely helpful I describe what I needed and she gave me what I described a bouncy house to accommodate small and big kids. The guys who came by to set up were extremely polite and handled everything with care I cannot find the words to describe the service I received All I can tell you is that I will continue to use them for my party needs. Jenny from Pump n Play was so great to work with, I called for a waterslide and she offered us an array of different options. I was doing a surprise birthday party for my wife and she took care of the slide, the cutest sweet cart, she even got 48 delicious sweets, tons of balloons, a ballon display I’m sure there is a better name than that, nevertheless she originally took my call late at night, gave me some great ideas, I told her this is not my thing just make it nice and I promise you she delivered. Kids had a blast, wife was impressed and we didn’t have any fires this time haha. I highly recommend for party arrangements
