Dr. Rae and Dr. Vargas are both excellent chiropractors! When I began seeing them, I was in some of the worst pain I've ever had. I started feeling relief from my first visit and have continued to steadily improve. And their staff are all friendly and helpful.

After nearly 6 weeks with my previous doctor addressing my nearly immobilizing lower back pain, I was fortunate to catch PH ad on Facebook for an exam and adjustment. 2 days later I met Dr Rae with 1 clear request: transparent communication around a treatment plan. She delivered a fully broken out 3 phase and 12 week schedule to address to issues leading to the pain in a way previous doctor couldn't. Within 4 weeks my pain went from a 7 to a 2 and now as we finish I am strong and mostly pain free.
