When it was time to get my mails done by the nail tech (Ivy is what I was told her name was). I noticed the utensils she were going to use on my hands were not thoroughly sterilized. I ask could she clean them she repeats 2 to 3 times we clean everyday. I never had a problem by no nail tech for them to get cleaner utensils at this shop. I responded I am aware of what you are saying, but I visually see the utensils are dirty. She preceded to the back to get another set of utensils, but while she is retrieving them a customer waiting to get eyebrows waxed commented on her attitude when asked to get cleaner utensils. I went around 11:30am. I was in and out. If you are not experienced with nail shops, I don’t recommend this place because they aren’t very attentive. I was charged $90 for a manicure and a full set plus $2 for a debit purchase. Expect a very average nail service. They do have the best massage chairs I have ever used at a nail shop. They aren’t like all those painful massage chairs we’re used to I can say. It’s located right inside of the Jeffery plaza near Jeffery and 71st.
They are nice but I wasn't happy with the work that was done. I stopped in to get an eyebrow wax and tint and individual lashes. My lashes were falling down on one eye the next day and then the tint on my brows was completely gone before the end of the week. This is a service I normally get at a different place but I needed to get them done on my lunch break at work and this was the closest place that had someone available to do them.
