Imaging quality was so bad that I was required to get a new MRI!

Diagnosis was a copy paste of someone else ignoring directions and location of the problem. They even ignored even a foreign object.

So this facility has an unprofessional front office. I had a 1:30 appointment I arrived at 1:15. The lady at the front desk said have a seat. So then everyone began laughing a joking around, meanwhile I’m sitting waiting they didn’t check me in. Now as I type this the time is 2:12 still waiting on service. Unfortunately there’s no management in the office to complain too. Also I since a little racism here I speak a little Spanish so while I was waiting I heard them speak a little bad racial slurs. This place is horrible

I was referred there for an open MRI that I needed from my specialist. The appointment was at 8:45 this morning, I was there at 8:15 am . The receptionist then told me my appointment was canceled after I provided my insurance information and she repeated back to me incorrectly with my the wrong phone number and date of birth. I said let’s start over and you should go slower and listen as I spell my name again. She still put in wrong information and then asked for my referral. She said I’m the only one here but I’ll keep you referral and make a copy so you can at come back on Monday. The sign said you all are closed on Monday though.
