Polar Vortex was at our six-flat on two occasions to clean dryer vents. Three units vent to a connecting stack to a roof vent and the other three units vent separately to the outside.
On both occasions, Ruben proved to be a solid technician- very confident, thorough and efficient. His helper Chris provided strong, quick assistance- together they're an excellent team, polite and professional. We're thankful for their friendly and respectful handling of each unit's issues.
I'm most grateful to Ruben for locating and sealing a leak in my dryer/gas connection, reassuring me it's now safe- thank you!

Today pleated filter waws changed and setting the humidifer becuse there ws too much humidity in the roomt a couple of days ago and I have been having some isues Very quick and always very helpful and reliable
