When I had my auto accident, Phillips Law Offices were incredible. I worked with an amazing lawyer who stayed in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. They kept me informed and made sure I understood the details of what was going on and where the lawsuit was at all times. They broke down terminology on any paperwork and answered every question I had with patience and understanding. These guys were incredible, and I came through with a victory that changed my life. From the moment I called, I felt at ease. I was kept up to date through the whole process of my case. I never felt out of the loop. I worked with Alec, and he was so professional and was always asking how I was doing, and walked me through the process step by step, making sure all questions were answered. I found this law firm almost 5 years ago, and I chose to call them simply based on the reviews, and it was the best decision I made, from the moment I called and Stephen Phillips Jr. personally picked up the phone I knew I was hiring them, (other offices have a receptionist pick up calls) they were so kind and so empathetic to our situation and handled all details with sensitivity. They communicated with me at all times and answered all of our questions and concerns. Our case is finally over and my children and I couldn’t be happier, we are so grateful for the Phillips!
