PhD Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job on our boiler system. This was not a simple repair — several other companies either refused the job or could not properly diagnose the issue. The PhD team took the time to fully understand the problem and explained everything clearly before starting the work.

Our furnace stopped working suddenly tonight (Friday) and the weekend forecast was for below zero temps. After calling multiple companies who would not come out until a later date, PHD came out the same night. They were onsite within an hour and got the unit working very quickly. We were very impressed with their professionalism, promptness and concern for our situation. They are very knowledgeable. Outstanding service and value!!! We will definitely call them again!
