Personal touch did a great job cleaning my extremely dirty and pet hair infested couch! I’ve had Stanley steamer do previously and I do think personal touch did a better job. Responsive and friendly as well!
Very professional and excellent at what they do. Carl and his team are caring, kind and supportive. Yesterday they went above and beyond for our family. We highly recommend Personal Touch.
Carl was in our condo building cleaning carpeting and saw my entry rug as we were talking about the state of the building's carpet. He told me that they did cleaning of orientals if we ever wanted the two handmade runners I had (from a trip to Egypt) cleaned. I took him up on the offer as they hadn't been professionally cleaned for eight years. They did a fabulous job on the rugs - they really look better than when I bought them in 2001! Highly recommend Carl's work. He has been trained for these specific types of rugs with specialized training.
