My cat Zoe's nails were caught under a bed box spring which many times I tried to keep her away from, and I panicked because she was crying in pain and once we got her out under the bed she was limping, so my first thought was a broken leg or injury to her paw. Her primary vet was closed since this happened around 6:30 pm. My first thought was call medvet and take her there but then I remembered Paws and Feathers and had read their reviews. I called them right away and they were booked due to surgeries that night but the amazing person I spoke to on the phone was able to talk to a vet and they told me to come in. We’ve been coming to Dr. Sarah for quite some time I want to say since 2018/2019, used to live up north and moved a bit south and there’s no one else we’d bring our pets to. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and very professional and Dr. Sarah is such a great vet and good at what she does our dogs are always very comfortable around her when we come in for visits.

Dr. Sarah and her team are amazing, I can tell they are passionate about animals and care about your pet rather than money. They are always happy to answer questions. I wouldn’t want to take my bird anywhere else. I have had good experiences with both regular appointments and an emergency visit.
