Best salon in Chicago, open Sunday's for your convenience, we have had the services of Steve for color, cut and styling, Paula for the best shampoo in the city, Izzy for makeup, and Giselle at the front desk is extremely kind and welcoming. This salon delights and never disappoints. We are hair people and Paul Rehder Salon is perfection every time!

I like this place. I see Pablo and just recently Mira, and every color I've gotten is perfect and honestly super affordable relative to other salons. Good chill but professional atmosphere. No random/not asked for hair conditioning treatments that cost $50 and last a day.

Visiting a new salon for the first time, and for color no less, is always nerve-wracking, especially when you have been left in near tears from such at other places. But I could not be more thrilled with my experience at Paul Rehder. Vivian is AMAZING. She has a true instinct for (blonde) balayage, and did such a fantastic job listening to what I want and translating that into the perfect cut and blonde for me. She has a true talent for it. I'm so glad I trusted her with my hair and with making decisions when I was uncertain. I have thick, curly hair and a lot of stylists don't understand how to properly cut, color, and style it, but Vivian does! I've never felt more confident after a hair appointment. If you need a color job, request Vivian!!
