I am SO BURNT and out $55. I told the attendant it has been a long time since I tanned and I want some color but I want to make sure I do not burn. Car dealership > Palm Beach Tan. I walked in looking for the lowest membership but had to wait 10 mins because no one was at the desk but could hear ladies talking in the back. When the attendant came to the front, they tried to sell me on an upgrade. Being sick of repeating myself and almost walking out, she finally started the paperwork. I tanned and left. Coming back I asked for a bed with shoulder bulbs and was told they don’t have any (the first 4 beds I walked by had them). My 3rd time back, I asked again willing to pay more and again, told they didn’t have any but asked if I would like to upgrade. That’s when I canceled the membership.
