Pac Leaders demolished old parking slab and built a new garage and rooftop deck which connected to existing structure via metal stairs per architectural plans, in the Logan Square area. The garage was so close to the house (via zoning approval) that it had to meet special requirements for fire proofing for everything from materials within the garage to special aluminum decking. Because it was a rooftop deck it also required a more complex foundation than a typical garage. Melvin is very knowledgeable and saw the project to and through passing final inspection.Services: General construction
