This place is great. The staff was professional. Jose who prepared my taxes explained more about my filings than all others combined. He took his time. Also, being non Spanish speaker in this dominant Spanish neighborhood, I felt completely comfortable here. Very efficient operation and the service fee is reasonable.

My parents have been doing their taxes here for over 8 years, and I have recently started my taxes with them as well. Elsa and the rest of the staff are extremely caring, sweet and very efficient. I went in on a busy day and the staff maintained their patience and cheerful attitudes. They have a way of always making their customers feel right at home and they do not show frustration or annoyance when helping out customers. Aside of the superb customer service, prices are very reasonable. I am very pleased with their services!
