As a business owner, I really appreciate good service. I need a vehicle key replaced at my repair shop ASAP, and they arrived within an hour. They were prompt, efficient, and went above and beyond to provide extra service. I'll definitely use them again (and again!) and recommend to anyone. I highly recommend Omega Locksmith for their outstanding service. I needed a new ignition cylinder for my Wrangler JK and contacted multiple shops. Omega was the first to respond and the only one to provide an immediate, reasonable quote.
When I arrived, they began work right away. Most importantly, they were able to replace the cylinder while letting me keep my existing keys, which saved significant hassle. I would definitely use them again for any auto locksmith needs.
I have a 2022 Jeep Compass—my key fob broke off my keys never to be seen again, but I called Omega once I realized and they were able to replace and reprogram my new (original equipment manufacturer) fob in a couple of hours. Slightly cheaper than what it would cost at the dealership. Very kind folks to top it off. I’d recommend them to anyone in the Bridgeport/Pilsen area that’s lost their car key.
