I'm in town visiting my sister and wanted to get my nails done. This place was absolutely amazing!!! We walked in and were immediately greeted by staff. Everyone was so nice. The gentleman who helped (I forgot to ask his name ?) me took his time making sure each mail was pristine. I've honestly never had a set of acrylics look this flawless. We both got pedicures and I got a full set. $140 in total. I am absolutely blown away. I will be returning when I visit Chicago next!

Amazing. From the manager Sonny to nail tech that took off my acrylic with ease (honestly she was super gentle and even shape my natural nails perfectly). Definitely recommend!

Went in on Feb 5, 2024: seen right away for my gel remover! I thought I had to soak off but my nail tech knew my hand condition and did a different method! It took 30 mins and my hands are not affected by the acetone! My mom had him do her pedicure last time ( Sorry I forgot the man name)!
He remember me and my mom as well! ?
Definitely will be back!

I love nu image nails so much. I use to come here years ago but moved from the city. I came back this weekend and even years later they are absolutely amazing. My nails were exactly what I wanted and even exceeded my expectations. The gentleman who did my nails I think his name was Tree was super gentle and took his time to make my nails look amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about this salon I wish I lived in Chicago to come here more often.
