Called Obed to see pricing for notarizing a document and due to time frame that I need it done he was unable to assist me. But took time off and directed me on where to go get my document notarized! Thank you Obed! Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time!

My husband and I needed to notarize a document at last minute on a Sunday. Mr Landeros immediately answered our phone call and notarized our document 30 minutes after we had contacted him. He was very prompt and professional.

Needed to have real estate documents notarized for closing the next day.
