Today April 19th, there was an Easter event, for my kids and I it is the 4th year in a row, we had so much fun! The Pastor is amazing, you feel joy just to be around her, she is funny, nice and kind! All the team is great and I really recommend this place.

I took a homebuyer education course with Northside Community Development Corporation ( a subset of Northside Community Resources). The class was very helpful. But the most useful part was the Ms. Tanya recommended a grant, which after some research I was able to qualify for! The course was free, the class counted towards the grant requirements, and I got $6000 of free money which basically covered all my closing costs and then some. I am definitely coming back for their condo and landlord classes (as I bought a condo, and am considering one day renting it out). Highly recommend everyone interested in homebuying check out this organization.
