Caryn is very knowledgeable about massage therapy. She has worked wonders on my upper back, shoulders and neck. She does a great job of explaining how muscles are connected and what methods she is using to help with my problem areas. She also suggests stretches for continued therapy at home. When I first went to see Caryn I was suffering from chronic headaches that stemmed from tightness in my neck and shoulders. The headaches were gone after the first massage, and her reasonable prices have allowed me to continue receiving massages on a monthly basis.
Caryn shows a lot of care and expertise in her approach to bodywork. I received a deep tissue massage for a severe back injury that was causing great pain. Her massage broke up the blockage and eased my distress so much. I highly recommend her!
Caryn really listens to your needs, where the pain is, and any questions you might have. It feels like both seeing an old friend and a trusted doctor. I left feeling so much better than when I came in and that was only my first visit! Can't recommend her services enough.
