I’ve gone there 2 years. Now, far less customers go there. As of today I won’t return. Nails done to not last a week instead of 2 weeks. Manicures not done to last. Pedicures done causing excessive scar tissue and eroding cuticles to protect the toe nail to avoid fungus. Eyebrow trim today was so thin it look like brows done in the 1930s she didn’t brush my brow in place before waxing. Extra thin brows are outdated making your face look hard and old and if you’re old,it’ll take longer to grow back leaving small unsightly hair stubles until it does.

I recently received the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten here. The girl rushed, the service wasn’t relaxing, the shape wasn’t clean, the polish was slapped on to the point where there was a noticeable missing spot on my big toe, which the tech saw but didn’t bother to fill in. The entire polish chipped within a couple days. To add insult to injury, the tech’s attitude was unpleasant. She came off like she had way better things to do. I feel taken advantage of. I threw money down the drain for no reason. It hasn’t been a full two weeks yet I’m on my way (somewhere else) to spend money on another pedicure because the one I received here was poorly done. Mediocre nail techs - no real talent here. Pedicures are good depending on the tech. Poor customer service. Rude and dismissive of clients. My most recent visit is definitely my last.
