Nikki Nails is known for its efficient service and beautiful work. The staff is patient and ensures customer satisfaction. The business offers great prices and has wonderful employees. The shop is clean and neat, and some services, like pedicures, turn out well. However, quality can be inconsistent, and some customers have experienced subpar results.
GOOD-
They have all the necessary tools to be v high end.
BAD-
A regular manicure falls apart within days -- with no exposure to water.
They do not clean around the nail - the polish overflows to the cuticles.
Not clear how they clean their tools.
UGLY-
A classic manicure lasted less than a week - went back they said pay $15 for a polish change - which fell apart within days.
Referred a friend who was upset the manicure did not look professional.
Will not return - don't recommend.
Nikki nails is the best! They’re so efficient and create beautiful work. They’re patient and make sure you leave with satisfaction. My favorite nail place by far with great prices and wonderful employees.
Deedee did my pedicure and nails . She was sweet and knew exactly what she was doing and followed my directions well when I didn’t like something . She might just be my new nail tech .
