Nikki Nails is known for its efficient service and beautiful work. The staff is patient and ensures customer satisfaction. The business offers great prices and has wonderful employees. The shop is clean and neat, and some services, like pedicures, turn out well. However, quality can be inconsistent, and some customers have experienced subpar results.
I absolutely love my service here. I been going to Nikki nails for about 10 years from a kid and they are super neat, I’m very big on shaping and care and even when I moved from Hyde Park I still travel here. 10 out of 10 for sure !
I have had more positive than negative experiences at this salon so my indicated rating took this into consideration. I came to get a pedicure and my nails done last week.
Pedicure-
The pedicure was the most horrible experience I ever had here. An older gentlemen was doing my pedicure who did not know what he was doing. He also did not use clean equipment. My toes were not done properly. I asked for someone different and after questioning me like I am in the wrong, they decided to have someone else do my feet. The bottom of my feet have been hurting since getting that service. What I intend to be a relaxing was horrible.

I haven’t had a pedicure since 2019. Not that my feet looked bad because my mom kept us in stride rite. Anyway, walked in, registered at the kiosk. Immediately Michelle was ready. Little small lady was nice and gentle on my feet and did a phenomonal job. This is my new spot.
