The energy was positive and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Came in with no appointment to change out some irritating piercing jewelry done by other piercers. The piercer Lex wasn’t there yet when I arrived but she spoke to me on the phone and was very willing to listen to my concerns and work with me to fix the issues. Somehow ended up with two spontaneous flash tattoos, beautifully done by Yener. Everyone was so accommodating, very patient, and super friendly. Studio was very clean and everyone seemed happy to work there! I’m so happy to have found this spot, and will never stop recommending it to everyone.
