We are SO happy with the new kitchen, computer area, and laundry room that NCR made for us. My family and I just purchased a new condo in the Little Italy/ University Village area of Chicago. The closing took forever and we were finally able to call some remodeling companies out to give us some estimates for the work we needed done. NCR came in with a decent price and more than anything I was really impressed with how knowledgeable the project manager who came out was, he really knew what he was talking about and he made me feel super comfortable. We are SO happy with the new kitchen, computer area, and laundry room that NCR made for us. My family and I just purchased a new condo in the Little Italy/ University Village area of Chicago. The closing took forever and we were finally able to call some remodeling companies out to give us some estimates for the work we needed done. NCR came in with a decent price and more than anything I was really impressed with how knowledgeable the project manager who came out was, he really knew what he was talking about and he made me feel super comfortable. I heard horror stories about kitchen remodeling projects that dragged on for months with escalating costs. We were also told by friends that had been through a similar remodel that we should expect major stress and disruption to our lives. But our project was completed very close to our project manager Tom's estimated timeline and with REALLY little disruption, which was a huge perk because the neighbors in our building are easily agitated so we were really happy not to hear any complaining from them! We appreciated their professionalism, humor, and genuine concern for us. And I definitely enjoyed having them around! Tom & his crew were dedicated to getting top quality work and we appreciated their concern for job safety for workers and for me and my family. We will definitely be return customers for future projects.

I would highly recommend New City Remodeling to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. They did a wonderful job remodeling my bathroom,, listened to all my requests and fulfilled my wishes making the end result as I had envisioned it.
