Great massage after an hour of ice skating at Millenium Park. Convenient loop location near transportation and loop hotels. I'll definitely will be going back. ----- Update I've been a customer for five years and have a standing appointment for 90 minutes every week. I can’t give a better recommendation. Jessica is great at adapting to my sore spots and current needs. Recently had some surgery and she was able to work around my restrictions. I love the location as I live on the New East Side making it a nice walk from my condo or a short trip on the number 60 bus. The building has good security and is welcoming on weekends and after normal business hours.

I found Jessica at Natural Elements just last week and I will, most definitely, be a repeat customer! I had some INTENSE shoulder pain one morning and was desperate for relief. So, after Googling, "deep tissue massage near me," I contacted Natural Elements and Jessica was able to get me in within 2 hours! At this point, I could barely move my head back and forth and this made work (and life) just unbearable! :( Upon arrival, Jessica and I discussed my shoulder pain and she wasted no time in getting to work on it! The room was nice. It was clean and dimly lit, with a very comfy table and relaxing music playing in the background. After only 30 minutes of Jessica kneading the knots from my shoulder/back, I honestly felt like a brand new woman! She is THAT good!!! Also, I scheduled a follow-up 30 mins a day later and it was truly the icing on the cake. ALL pain was completely gone!!!! Lastly, her prices are more than reasonable, which is a bonus find in the downtown area. I HIGHLY recommend Jessica at Natural Elements!!!! :)
