I received amazing customer service from owner Arkeia Hall. I called her on Saturday morning and she was able to fit me in on the same day in the afternoon. The salon is centrally located and has plenty of pay to park meters in front of her salon. She was timely and had a friendly demeanor. Her salon is vibrant and inviting. She is very much so a matter expert and brings 20+ years of experience in natural hair. She is open 7 days a week and books by appointment. I’m so happy there is a salon specializing in natural hair on the north side. I’m obsessed with my silk press. She comes highly recommended and you will not be disappointed!
