I am a commercial real estate agent in Oklahoma. When I made the switch from residential to commercial, (I do not touch residential) I ceased using the local MLS. I still wanted to receive information from and work with NAR. When I contacted them about a commercial membership (their website has a commercial side), they told me I needed to go through my local MLS.No actual commercial agent here uses MLS, and it's useless for that side of real estate.It has become vividly apparent that NAR has absolutely no interest in commercial realtors.

The association is amazing . They have a hide library with unlimited resources for there members they provide more tools fail and have many way of communicating with there members. If you want to or do own real estate or at a REALTOR they are behind you 110 %.
