I love this place!! Karen is such an absolute JOY and I look forward to coming in every couple of weeks to see her. She truly has a commitment to excellence and is always learning new techniques and tries her best to keep her nail game up to date. I used to hate going to other salons because the technicians are usually so harsh on your nails, don't look you in the eye, and you can tell they just want to get to the next client to make more money. Karen isn't like that. She cares about you, she cares a lot about your nails, and most of all she cares about giving you a great experience. I'd give this place ten stars if I could. LOVE YOU KAREN!

I moved from nyc to Chicago and I've been looking for a nail salon that can do hard gel nails. I was shocked when I moved here that most salons are still doing acrylic. I'm happy I found Karen! I told her what I wanted and she did exactly what I wanted. Def want to comeback for a fill!
