Try to get to their shop at 8 if your vehicle is running, because if it's disabled it will that a couple of days for them to check it out. But ones they get to the root of the problem, they call you. Needed a thermostat changed on a 2008 Focus. They came out on Thursday and replaced it. After replacing it they found a small leak in the coolant line going to the heater core. They came back on Sunday to replace the line. They did a great job and the price was very fair. Also they let me supply the parts so I was able to save some money there too.

Make that 10 STARS! You will not believe how professional and the expertise he had. This was the first time I called a mobile mechanic and he was simply awesome. He came out to my home the same day to replace my serpentine/drive belt on my 2007 Acura TSX. I called him at 1pm and he worked me in to his busy schedule (started at 5am and would keep going until 9pm). He kept texting me to assure me he would be here and he came to my house garage at 5:30pm. Gavin is a 4th generation car mechanic and I was totally impressed with him His vehicle held all of his tools, a computer car diagnostic, lights, everything. He was so good I gave him a generous tip for his professional service. He is one special mechanic who I will call for anything I need for my car. His charge was $60 and my dealer said he would be about $225. He explained how auto dealer service departments charge high prices and take advantage of customers. He explained that he can replace four sprakplugs in my care for $50 and a dealer charges $350. I heartily recommend Gavin and Motor Madness Mobile Mechanic without any reservation. He is one of the finest people I have met. Call him and I know you will feel the same way i do. Great guy.
