Once you go MK, you never go back. We bought our first ever home with MK and almost 2 years in, I continue to be impressed not only with the craftsmanship of the home but also with how incredibly kind, helpful and professional the staff is. These guys do NOT cut corners - the materials and design are top notch and extremely high quality. They are super responsive to any small issue that comes up, and have many times dropped in (past our warranty) to lend us a helping hand. I will ALWAYS buy MK homes and trust them completely. Best builder in Chicago!

My wife and I were very happy with the work MK did on our house this summer. We love our new deck, landscaping and sliding patio doors, which have really transformed the backyard and back of our house. We appreciate the quality of their work and the care their workers took in delivering a really excellent and high quality project. We're starting our list of projects for next spring and look forward to working with them again.
