I've been going there for a long time when they were located close to the lake now they change location and their staff / students changes... I know their students and they are learning ... I used to get a lot of relief when I used to visit their location in Chicago... I went to the Skokie location ... a couple weeks ago and I really needed it a lot of help with my back pain and dizziness ... but the people that were there... (they were three not the usual staff or people) that I used to see... they spoke so low i couldn't hear them talking... the procedure they did was not something I am used to because I've been going to acupuncture for a long time and they did other stuff I never had done, which didn't help and for the first time ever I felt a lot of pain with every needle they used . They did not follow up with me to say you need to come back a couple times or come back one more time.. they just left. I was very disappointed with them, which is really sad because i really needed their help and I really love going to acupuncture.

I was desperately seeking relief from many "Long Haul" COVID-19 symptoms (aka Post COVID Syndrome) Although my primary physician tried to help ease the symptoms, nothing worked. Having had no previous acupuncture experience, Dana (aka the healer) always makes me feel extremely comfortable. She explained the practice in simple terms and helped me understand the method and science behind everything. Each visit has been painless, very professional, and hugely beneficial for me. (Plus fun!) Dana is a master of her craft and I give my highest recommendation. I'm so grateful that I've been able to work with her. The scheduling is easy, and make the experience as efficient and patient-friendly as possible. A+++ and I am a healthier person because of her expertise
