They do good nails (depends who you go to) and they don't care about your time. I always spend at least an hour waiting to get seated... even with an appointment. Edit: spent 3 hours in there for a mani and pedi.

First timer here... I did try and do a 10a walk in for a pedicure and they didn't have a full staff yet to get serviced right away so I had to wait an hour, there were 3 people in chairs and only two workers. Once I did get my service started they took their time and provided excellent service for me.

I come to this nail salon very frequently, once a month for a no chip pedicure and the service is okay and the nails come out very cute but the wait times are ridiculous, it's like they constantly forget they have people waiting, i'm currently writing this in the nail salon where i've been sitting in the pedicure chair for over an hour with no water in it. I've been coming here for 3 years once a month and this is a constant thing. I'm always in here for a minimum of 3 hours just for a simple pedicure, definitely have to start looking around for another salon unfortunately
