I called Mid-City Heating because the furnace was blowing cool air at one of the buildings I manage. Mid-City knowledgeable tech knew just what the problem was. He fixed it and now my tenants are warm again.
I had an issue with my furnace not turning on all the way. I called at about 10pm and spoke to the owner Russell. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me the option to send a technician overnight or early morning next day. Luckily the weather played in my favor and I opted to wait till the morning. The technician arrived on time and was also very respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to find the source of the problem (it was more of a chimney debris
